Our Propertycare service delivers all the benefits of your own property repair staff - without the costs. It is an on-demand, cost-effective solution for the preventative maintenance and upkeep of sites, with the benefit of an easy monthly repayment.

It is designed specifically for all the routine and non-urgent repair and maintenance jobs that every commercial and industrial building requires from time to time. Propertycare covers everything from replacement of joinery to gutter maintenance; brickwork to concreting; security to internal flooring.

How Propertycare truly differs from mainstream projects, however, is the fact that it offers structured pricing and payment options. Known as 'Repair Packs', they can be taken on three, six or twelve-month agreements, and provide preventative maintenance on-demand. Clients simply prepay for labour and pay in arrears for materials and equipment used, meaning planned expenditure and no cash flow headaches.

The Propertycare team liases with each client at the beginning of every month to identify what work needs doing and to arrange convenient dates to carry out the work. At the end of each month, the client will receive a report detailing the work done, labour time and the balance remaining in the Repair Pack. Top-ups and upgrades for ongoing maintenance or additional works are also available.

In this way, it ensures that business premises are repaired and maintained to protect their productivity and their workforce. There is also only one point of contact for all the client's property repair needs, saving valuable time and money - especially as they don't have to waste time finding reliable operatives. All work is carried out in accordance with current Health & Safety requirements.
